Shipping & Returns
We'll deliver and set up any order to the western Washington area without charge (you won't receive an additional invoice). It's a service we're happy to offer but there may be limitations with respect to delivery windows. Weekends and Evenings are preferred.
We ship via freight through any carrier we deem responsible enough to handle our product appropriately. We offer a flat-rate for shipping the Dresden within the continental US. At the moment we're pricing that rate at $300 and we're working closely with a company called Expeditors. Please do your best to keep in mind that shipping is complex and expensive. We'll always do what we can to keep costs down but it's a 400 lb package that someone is driving to your home from Seattle, WA. We're spending $220 on the box and pallet alone. $300 is pretty fair.
US deliveries outside the continental US will be managed as an international shipment (sorry Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, et al).
Shipping internationally is possible and we have some experience with it. Shipping charges are determined after you place an order and a separate invoice is sent. We require that shipping invoices are paid in full before we will ship your order.
Complete returns are only accepted for product with manufacturing defects. Returns will not be processed for any other reason. Please be sure to check your space for product fit and clearance through the delivery path. Products with shipping damage should not be accepted from the freight carrier or "signed" for. We'll process an insurance claim and get to work on replacing your damaged piece.
